This really is an exciting novel! It'll keep you on the edge of your seat the entire time! I was intrigued from beginning to end and could not put this book down! It just keeps you guessing from beginning to end who the attacker is and what the secret is! What a fantastic book!

When the Smoke Clears, Deadly Reunions Series #1
When the Smoke clears, Deadly Reunions series #1, by Lynette Eason. Alexia finds herself suspended from her career for the time being, not sure if or when she will return. It would seem that some one doesn't want her around and is tampering with her firefighter equipment. Alexia decides that its time she went home and faced her past that she ran from 10 years ago and never looked back. Only when she gets back, she finds things even less safe there than they were back in Washington! The night of their prom her good friend Jillian came in crying and scared and ran out. That was the last that anyone has seen of her. They know she saw something that scared her, but they don't know what. Well notes from Jillian to the person who had sent her into hiding years ago have started coming and he doesn't want his secrets out! Attack after attack keeps happening to Alexia and those around her! On top of all that she is finally starting to remember what happened during the fire that burned her sister so badly that her father blamed her for!
