Its there where she meets a young man Will, while running into her brother one day, who captures her attention. Will she follow her heart or follow her families arranged marriage agreement to Daniel? We also meet Charlotte the new maid with a secret of her own, that puts her in a very difficult place, with the help of Lucy she'll hopefully come to a resolution! What a great book! I love books where the woman stands up for what she was called to and defies society to pursue her God given dreams! Lucy is an amazing character and one that captures the attention of the readers. This is a great addition to the personal library!
